Refused Shipments:

Returns and exchanges may be accepted on most shai shanti merchandise that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached. retuned items may be eligible for store credit. please include your order number with your return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.All returns must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.

You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
